Strengthening Wellbeing – Practicing Empathic Dialogue – Nurturing Hope
INVITATION
This time is truly stretching and many of us are longing for meaningful connections. You are invited to our StoryTalk workshop that explores topics of ‘Resilience, Creativity and Belonging’ through the powerful art of story. During three intentional and safe dialogue sessions, you will experience empathic dialogue and storytelling activities that support you to connect deeply in small groups during these difficult times.
It makes a world of difference being in a space where everyone commits to engage on a foundation of kindness, compassion and trust. It was really powerful to witness how this workshop inspires people to choose trust. I felt heard and supported.

DIALOGUE PROCESS
We will facilitate the online sessions in intimate groups of four participants in order to experience the depth, vulnerability, and courage necessary to nurture our capacities of empathic listening and human care. The intended outcomes for our participants are:
- An experience of mentorship and meaningful interactions to overcome social isolation
- An open space for connection, inspiration, and collaboration with each other
- Active participation in creating supportive relationships and concrete tools that can nurture hope and purpose at this difficult time
The most supportive thing for me was everyone’s ability to listen to each other without judging. We started as strangers and finished as friends. I feel everyone should be part of experiences like this one during this difficult time.

- Place: We facilitate the three interactive sessions on ZOOM
- Dates: Flexible (three evenings within a five day period)

- Preparations: Completion of short multimedia preparations online (15 min each)
